DIARIES FOREVERTERMS OF SERVICEEffective 2026These Terms of Service apply to Diaries Forever purchases and services. Package-specific instructions and acknowledgments may also be provided during checkout and intake.1. YOUR SERVICEDiaries Forever provides personalized handwritten diary services, including applicable Live Talk sessions, handwritten entries, Custom Diaries, Bring Your Own Journal services, and physical diary production.You are purchasing a personalized service performed over time that culminates in a physical literary work—not simply a physical book.2. SERVICE PERIOD & DELIVERYTrial, 6-month, and 12-month services operate according to their stated service periods.Completed diaries are prepared for shipment following completion of the applicable service period and disclosed final preparation time.Custom Diaries may be handwritten on loose pages throughout service and assembled or bound during final production.3. WEEKLY LIVE TALKClients agree to participate in the weekly Live Talk time included with their selected package.If you miss a scheduled Live Talk session, you are responsible for contacting Diaries Forever to request rescheduling. Diaries Forever is happy to work with clients to reschedule missed sessions when reasonably available.Rescheduling requests may be sent to [email protected].Missed or unused sessions do not automatically extend the original service period.4. ADDITIONAL ENTRIESWhere Unlimited Additional Entries are included, eligible entries may be submitted throughout the active submission period by approved methods.Unlimited Additional Entries are subject to a maximum of 50 additional entries within any 7-day period.The entry allowance does not extend the purchased service period.5. CUSTOM DIARIES & BRING YOUR OWN JOURNALCustom Diaries are created progressively throughout service and may remain as individual handwritten pages until final production.If a Custom Diary service ends before final binding, completed work may be returned as loose handwritten pages.Bring Your Own Journal service depends upon the physical journal provided by the client and the available writing space within it.6. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDSExcept where otherwise stated, sales are final.Certain cancellations may qualify for a partial refund. Certain refunds and cancellations are subject to a service/cancellation fee.Refunds are not automatically calculated as a simple prorated percentage of remaining calendar time.Any available refund may be calculated after considering:- Service already completed
- Handwritten work already performed
- Live Talk services already provided
- Materials and production already used or completed
- Applicable service/cancellation fees
- Applicable payment-processing expensesSome or all of a purchase may therefore be non-refundable depending upon the amount of service already earned or completed.Cancellation does not automatically entitle a client to a full or prorated refund.Clients may inquire about cancellation terms, applicable fees, and potential refund calculations before purchasing or requesting cancellation by contacting [email protected].7. PAYMENT DISPUTESA chargeback, payment reversal, or payment dispute may result in suspension or termination of the associated diary service.If service terminates before completion, completed handwritten materials may be returned in their existing form.8. SHARED, GIFTED & TRANSFERRED SERVICESA Diaries Forever service may be purchased for another person or funded by multiple people.Eligible services may include up to three participants while remaining one continuous diary service resulting in one final physical diary.Transfers occur consecutively and do not move backward to a previous participant.Advance notice and completion of the applicable participant intake are required before a new participant begins.Payment for a diary does not automatically make the purchaser a participant or give the purchaser access to another participant's private diary information.The completed diary is mailed to the designated recipient identified through the applicable Diaries Forever questionnaire.9. PARTICIPANT IDENTITYThe individual participating in the diary service must knowingly participate and may be required to verify their identity.No person may impersonate another individual, secretly participate under another person's identity, manufacture diary material in another person's name, or otherwise use Diaries Forever deceptively.10. PRIVACY & NO THIRD-PARTY REPORTINGDiaries Forever is a private diary service. We are not a third-party reporting agency, and we do not provide third-party reporting.We do not provide spouses, partners, employers, coworkers, businesses, family members, purchasers, financial contributors, or other third parties with reports concerning what a participant discusses, writes, submits, or documents through their diary service.Purchasing or contributing financially toward another person's service does not create a right to receive that participant's diary information.Your diary is between you and Diaries Forever.Clients should also review the Diaries Forever 100% Privacy Pledge.11. PRIVATE CONTACT INFORMATIONDiaries Forever representative telephone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses, booking pages, questionnaires, intake pages, and other private service information are provided for authorized service purposes only.Clients agree not to sell, publish, distribute, commercially exploit, misuse, or provide such private information to unauthorized persons.12. PHYSICAL DIARY & RECORDSUnless otherwise stated, a purchased service results in one original physical diary.Diaries Forever is not a permanent storage or backup service for completed diary contents. Clients are responsible for preserving, copying, insuring, or backing up their diary after delivery.Limited administrative, production, shipping, table-of-contents, or authentication records may be retained.13. LITERARY AUTHENTICATION & ATTESTATIONA verified participant may request Literary Authentication or Attestation concerning matters Diaries Forever can verify from its own records, handwriting, or firsthand knowledge.Authentication verifies only what Diaries Forever can personally authenticate. It does not independently establish the truth of every event described in a diary or guarantee acceptance by a court, agency, employer, or other organization.14. CLIENT CONTENTClients choose the stories, statements, experiences, names, communications, and other material they submit.If a client later photographs, scans, uploads, publishes, reproduces, or otherwise distributes their completed diary, that decision is the client's responsibility.15. All Rights Reserved.Diaries Forever reserves its rights in its original website content, graphics, forms, questionnaires, branding, service materials, and other protected works.Clients may not steal, sell, reproduce, misuse, impersonate, or commercially exploit Diaries Forever content or private service systems without authorization.16. SERVICE ABUSEDiaries Forever services may not be used for fraud, impersonation, coercion, deceptive activity, unauthorized participation, harassment, or material abuse of Diaries Forever representatives or systems.Material misuse may result in suspension or termination of service.17. NO GUARANTEED OUTCOMEDiaries Forever does not guarantee any particular personal, emotional, employment, business, financial, legal, evidentiary, or administrative outcome from use of its services.18.
